It's Time

Wow!!! It has been an year being a part of KM Music Conservatory and we are celebrating the KM Day on 14th of April.. God has just guided everyone to a very good way and hope we have another wonderful year ahead!!! Jai Ho!!

Miles to Go

Yesterday night was the first time i started composing my own tune.. It took a lot of time to finish.. Looking back at every legends composing.. It's a very much challenging field that one should never lose hope and always try to put something new.. Even though it took a lot of time, it was interesting to listen to the final output.. For my first experience i learnt that every bit of the tune should have life and you should be very strong on the technical side like mixing, rendering, instrumentation, etc to bring out the perfect idea which you thought.. Started a road and let's see where it leads.. Please support and bless me..

Felicitations for Osc(AR)

My friend Vimal who went yesterday for the felicitation done by cine union to Shri A.R.Rahman narrated me what had happened as I was out of station for a concert at Coimbatore. Legends like M.S.V sir and Maestro Ilayaraja Sir were present. The venue was at cine union club, Vadapalani. Everyone who were present honoured Rahman Ji.. Rahman sir delivered a very good speech about his success in front of all legends.. He concluded his speech by saying " myself, Ilayaraja sir and M.S.V sir are united and we aim to give good music.. Fans pls don't compare and fight among yourselves especially to my fans.."

KM Music Conservatory's first public concert

KM Music Conservatory students performed a live show for the first time yesterday evening.. It was Martin Luther King III's 50th anniversary visit to chennai.. Dr.Kamal Hasan, Kavignar Vairamuthu gave a speech in that event.. We the KM students performed in between the show.. "The Blacks should not be treated as slaves and Blacks and Whites should unite" was the topic of the program.. Dr.Kamal Hasan gave a speech about the blacks and also said that "The Blacks will one day overcome".. We preformed "BOMBAY THEME" at the starting.. Then performed Jai Ho, Vaishnava Janatho and We shall Overcome.. Shri.Palakkad SriRam also performed with us in the show.. The concert was a big success and we all had celebrations.. Then everyone returned to Panchathan Studio at night 2:00 to greet and welcome Shri.Rahman sir.. Wow!! it was wonderful to see him.. he was having the two Oscars in his hand and was waving to the people.. His street was fully decorated and people were performing songs.. Soon the media people came and he had atleast spent some two and a half hours with those people.. giving each and every one them his interviews.. After everyone went.. He finally called us the KM Students.. He was very happy to see us and he enquired about the concert.. We all said that it went well and he commented that "If i am not here the concert will surely go well" ha ha.. Then we took some photos with him holding the Oscars.. He was already tired to the core.. He bade good night to us and also said that he would meet us soon.. We then gave interviews to NDTV and Sun TV then left for our home..

Jai Ho..It's the wonderful time ever in the hearts of Indians that they are so proud to have Rahman Sir on Indian soil.. It's a pleasure listening to his music.. Now through Oscar, not only Indians but everyone in the world has got a chance to listen to his lovely songs..

This year has rolled the red carpet for Rahman ji and undoubtedly the carpet will keep rolling on giving as many Oscars as possible to the "Almighty"
